1. Introduction
Welcome to Ifra Tour and Travels. By booking our tour packages, taxi bookings, or any travel-related services through our website, WhatsApp, phone, or office, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
2. Booking & Confirmation
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- A minimum advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
- Booking confirmation will be sent via WhatsApp/email after receipt of advance payment.
- Full payment must be completed before the start of the trip unless otherwise agreed.
3. Pricing
- Prices are subject to change based on season, availability, fuel prices, government taxes, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Special offers and promo codes (e.g., RAMADAN30) are valid for a limited period and cannot be combined with other offers.
- Discounts apply only when promo codes are entered at checkout.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation 7 days before travel: Partial refund (after deducting service charges).
- Cancellation within 3–7 days: 50% cancellation charges may apply.
- Cancellation within 48 hours: No refund.
- Refund processing time: 7–14 working days.
- No refund for no-shows or early check-outs.
5. Vehicle & Driver Policy
- Vehicles are provided as per package selection (Sedan, SUV, etc.).
- Drivers will follow the itinerary agreed at the time of booking.
- Extra hours, additional sightseeing, or route changes may incur additional charges.
- Guests must behave respectfully with drivers and staff.
6. Hotel Policy
- Hotels are subject to availability at the time of booking.
- Standard check-in/out time as per hotel policy.
- Any damage caused by guests will be charged directly to them.
7. Liability
- Ifra Tour and Travels acts as a travel service provider.
- We are not responsible for natural disasters, roadblocks, strikes, weather conditions, political disturbances, or flight/train cancellations.
- We are not liable for loss of personal belongings.
8. Changes to Itinerary
- Due to weather or local conditions in Kashmir, itineraries may be modified for safety reasons.
- Any additional cost due to changes must be borne by the customer.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir.
